Learn about the foods and traditions of Chinese New Year. Why can't you finish the fish? What does serving a whole chicken represent? Why do soy bean sprouts make your wishes come true? Have fun making chinese dumplings -- meat or vegetarian, boiled or fried -- and find out what they tell you about the coming Year of the Dragon. Scholarship recipients pay $20.
